Work is still progressing on the development of a new PDQB Pipe Band Studies Certificate. This is taking longer than anticipated as it will reflect an entirely new approach to considering how Pipe Band performance, particularly in the lower Grades, can be enhanced through a co-ordinated approach to Pipe Band administration, leadership, teaching of players, tune selection, ensemble and musicianship; and to planning and presenting Pipe Band performances.
